This policy covers byseema.in, the online catalogue for by SEEMA · Luxury Atelier. Seema Soni, trading as by SEEMA Luxury Atelier (sole proprietorship) The atelier is based at C-86/87, MIG Ram Ganga Vihar Phase 2, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001, India.

There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no analytics of any kind running on this site: no tool watches, scores or profiles how you browse. There is also no checkout. The only things this site can do are let you look, build a Selection, and open a WhatsApp message to Seema if you choose to. That is the entire list. One page, Visit, embeds a Google map showing where the atelier is, and that is covered below.

The one thing this website stores is your Selection: the shortlist of pieces you have tapped “Add to Selection” for. It is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key byseema:selection:v1, and holds only the slugs of the pieces themselves (short codes like sage-chikankari-set), nothing about you personally. It never leaves your browser: no server sees it, and no one at the atelier can see what is in it unless you choose to send it to Seema by tapping Enquire or Reserve. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it completely.

Choosing Enquire or Reserve, or Book a viewing, opens WhatsApp with a message already written out for you (which piece, and its price), for you to review and send if you want to. From the moment you send it, you are inside WhatsApp, a service owned by Meta, and its own privacy policy governs that conversation, not this one. Seema reads and replies to what you send personally. Nothing about that exchange is copied back into this website or stored here.

The Visit page embeds a Google map so you can see where the atelier is before you travel to it. It is the only content on this site loaded from another company. It loads lazily, so nothing is requested until you scroll to that part of the page, but once it does load Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies inside that frame, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. Everything else is a plain link you choose to follow: WhatsApp, Instagram, and directions. Nothing loads from those just by browsing here, and their policies apply only once you tap through.

The typefaces on this site, Cinzel, Cormorant Garamond and Jost, come from Google Fonts, but they are downloaded once when the site is built and served from by SEEMA’s own domain from then on. Loading a page here does not make a request to Google’s font servers, so nothing about your visit is sent to Google as a result of the type on the page.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, as an ordinary part of running the infrastructure that serves this site. That logging happens at the hosting level: it is Vercel’s operational record, not something by SEEMA collects, sees, or uses itself.

This policy may be updated from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
