This website is a catalogue for by SEEMA · Luxury Atelier: an intimate collection of one-of-a-kind, hand-worked sarees, suits and dupattas, each shown with its price. It is not an online shop. There is no checkout and no payment of any kind is taken through this site; browsing, building a Selection, and choosing to Enquire, Reserve, or Book a viewing are the only things it does. You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to scrape or extract its content.

Every piece shown is one of a kind, and its price is shown in full, in Indian Rupees, the same for every visitor: there is no “price on request” anywhere on this site. Each piece’s status, available, reserved or sold, reflects the atelier’s own record and can change between visits, including while a piece sits in your Selection. Photography aims to be a close guide to colour, drape and hand-work, but hand-worked cloth and screen displays both vary a little, and an exact match to your particular screen cannot be guaranteed.

Adding a piece to your Selection is a personal shortlist only. It does not hold, reserve or set aside that piece, and it does not notify Seema. A piece is only actually reserved once you have messaged her and she has confirmed she is holding it for you.

There is no payment facility of any kind on this website, and by SEEMA never asks for card, bank or UPI details through it. Choosing Enquire or Reserve opens a WhatsApp message, pre-filled with the piece and its price, for you to send if you want to. If you do, Seema replies personally, confirms whether the piece is available, and, if you go ahead, sends payment details directly to you over WhatsApp, as a UPI QR code. Any agreement to buy a piece is made between you and Seema in that conversation, not on this website; it is her confirmation, not this site, that reserves a piece for you.

This website does not publish a delivery timeline or a returns policy. Every piece is one of a kind, so these are worked out directly with Seema rather than fixed here in advance. Talk to her about shipping, timing, fit and fabric before you reserve; if something is not right once a piece has arrived, tell her directly and she will deal with it with you personally.

The content of this website, including its text, layout, product photography and the by SEEMA name and branding, belongs to the atelier or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise reuse it, or extract content from this website by automated means, without prior written permission.

Reasonable care is taken to keep this website accurate and available, but there is no guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is a substitute for confirming details directly with Seema before you reserve. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

This website and these terms may be updated from time to time to reflect how the atelier operates. The version published here applies from the date shown below; it does not affect a piece you have already reserved with Seema, which is governed by whatever you agreed with her directly.
