When a piece is yours, Seema holds it and sends a UPI code to complete it. Nothing is charged on this site, ever.
Why WhatsApp, why UPI
There is no checkout because there is no shop behind this site, only Seema and the small number of pieces she has chosen. Prices are shown in full and the same for everyone, so there is nothing to negotiate over WhatsApp. Once a piece is reserved, she holds it for you and sends a UPI code directly. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing about the piece or the payment is stored on this site.
Before you reserve
Is what's on the site everything you have?
No. The site shows what is in now, a dozen or so pieces at a time. Seema also carries Rajkot sarees, Patan patola and silk dupattas that are not always listed here. If you are looking for something you cannot see, ask her for it.
Can a piece be altered to fit me?
Many of the suits and sets list their size as customisable, and it's noted on the piece's own page. Where it isn't noted, or you're between sizes, ask Seema on WhatsApp before you reserve; she'll tell you plainly what's possible.
How does delivery work?
There's no fixed delivery time listed on the site. Once a piece is reserved, Seema confirms shipping and timing with you directly on WhatsApp, within India or abroad.
What if it doesn't suit once it arrives?
There's no return or exchange policy published here, because every piece is one of a kind. It's worth talking through fit, colour and fabric with Seema, over video or in person, before you reserve. If something still feels wrong once it's with you, tell her directly.
